Copper 12-16 photoshopped outfits

Most of you guys who will see this will recognize this particular scene from Zero-Kiba's AU Elsanna comic called Copper (which can be read here). Definately worth it to read it if you like slowburn girlxgirl and absolutely loved Frozen.

Anyways... When I read this page and the comments of those who read it before me, I stumbled onto the comment from Frozelsanna-LuNa who said: "Can you make a coloured version of their clothes?? I'm really curious to see what they look like! ". So yeah, I was wondering about this too. And this seemed like a good idea at the time to try and color it via photoshopping them with real clothes or at least using materials and cutting them up to fit. So I went and asked permission from Zero-Kiba to go through with my plan. This was the response: "Sure, have fun! Just give credit where credit is... ah you know the drill." (Who'd of thought?)

So I started doing this in my spare time after coming home from work nearly a week ago. (Shit! Did that take a lot of time.) I've drawn from 10 different pictures to put this all together. Total time spend: 30-40 hours (I didn't exactly time myself.)

Well anyways, this is the result.

First I redrew every line to have a second layer to cover whatever picture I would use so that I could see where it all needed to go. So that was about 2000 lines, I found it easier to draw with straight lines rather then use my finger to draw the lines with the mouse-pad.
I've tried to stick as close to the original drawing, but I had to take some artistic liberalities with the bulletproof vests. I couldn't find something more to my liking and although I'm not entirely satisfied with them, it was probably the best I could do with the limited resources. They were cut up, rotated, stretched and put together again several times over.
The gloves were made from two pictures of rubber, so here's to hoping the surface effects are still visible enough to you guys. Some shading was added of course.
The utility-belts were cut up, sized down and put together again to make them fit the drawing.
The cargo pants were cut up, rotated, stretched and put together again.
The facial masks were made from those costumes that cover the entire body.
And finally the hoodies were made from a blue fleece material sample. Cutting it down to size and then shading it according to the lines from the original art.

Some final editing, shading and now it's on here. (It sure sounds a whole lot easier then it actually was.) I hope you guys like it.
